Joining the waitlist does not create an account, a client relationship, or an advisory relationship.

We email the address you submit about Daily Tape and when Market Decoder opens. Leave anytime by emailing support@cypher-fi.com. We may pause, change, or end the waitlist, Daily Tape, or Market Decoder at any time.

Our material

Cypher-Fi owns the site, the mark, Daily Tape, and Market Decoder research. You may not copy, scrape, or resell them.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. We do not promise that it will stay available, or that any research is complete or accurate.

Limit on liability

To the extent the law allows, Cypher-Fi is not liable for decisions you make from this material, including trades. If we are liable for something else, that liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Right now that amount is zero.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are brought in the state or federal courts in Texas.
